Background
I have a deep background in education and teaching. I received a Master of Science in Education (2013) from the Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Arts in the Social Sciences (2010) from the University of Chicago (2010). I received my Bachelor of Arts from New College of Florida (2008) in History/International Area Studies. I will be wrapping up a Master of Arts in Political Science at the University of Florida in December 2016.
I am a Baltimore Teach For America Alum (’11) and completed an English Teaching Assistant Fulbright grant in Malaysia (2009).
Areas of Interest/Research
My primary research focus is U.S. foreign policy, Pakistan, and the War on Terror.
My other research areas of interest are conflict resolution studies, South Asian Politics, Postcolonial Theory, Nationalism, and American Grand Strategy.
