Homework: Homework page is here. Homework will be assigned each Friday and is due the following Friday at the start of class. It can be handed in the next Monday for 2/3 credit. No hw will be accepted after that. Hard copy submissions only. The hw will be reviewed for completeness and selected problems graded. Announcements: The details of this syllabus like dates of exams might change during the semester. Any changes will be announced in class well ahead of time. You are responsible for all announcements made in class.

Honor Code: In this course authorized aid on homework consists of talking to me, other students, and looking at the text for this course. This means that you are not allowed to look in other books for solutions to the homework or at the written solutions of other students.

Class Attendance: Most students benefit a great deal from attending class regularly. Arriving late and/or leaving early, reading the newspaper, looking at your cell phone, etc. disrupts the class and is rude and unprofessional.
