Appointments<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

If you are a UF student, you may schedule a meeting with me using the following procedure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Connect to UF Exchange through Outlook or go to the GatorMail website (https:\/\/outlook.com\/ufl.edu<\/a>) and follow the link to login to UF Exchange through the Outlook Web App.<\/li>\n
  2. Click “Calendar” (the icon will probably be in the top left corner of the window).<\/li>\n
  3. Click the \u201cNew\u201d or \u201cNew event\u201d button.<\/li>\n
  4. Edit the \u201cEvent\u201d or \u201cTitle\u201d field to enter an appropriate title for the meeting. The title should include your name and the topic<\/strong>. For example: “Maria Hernandez re: research opportunity”.<\/li>\n
  5. In the \u201cAttendees\u201d or \u201cPeople\u201d field, type in my email address (djulian@ufl.edu<\/a>).<\/li>\n
  6. Click the \u201cScheduling Assistant\u201d button.<\/li>\n
  7. Use the interface to find a time when you and I are free. Restrict appointments to begin no earlier than 9 AM and to end no later than 4:30 PM. If you already use Outlook or the Outlook Web App (or other linked account) for your calendar, all schedule conflicts will be listed.<\/li>\n
  8. When you have found a time for our meeting, click on the time and then click the OK button at the top.<\/li>\n
  9. We will meet via Zoom unless established otherwise beforehand.<\/li>\n
  10. Fill out any more information including whether to have a Reminder for yourself appear before the meeting.<\/li>\n
  11. When you have filled out the invitation to your liking, press the \u201cSend\u201d button to send the invite to me.<\/li>\n
  12. I will receive a Meeting Invite and will be able to Accept the meeting, at which point I will send you information for connecting to the meeting via Zoom.
