Home: Henry Adams<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My research interests are in topology, geometry, and data analysis. More specific subfields of interest include applied topology, computational topology and geometry, combinatorial topology, metric geometry, machine learning, and sensor networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am also very interested in teaching, freely-available online resources, and how to make academia more welcoming, more open, more transparent, more accessible, and less intimidating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am the executive director of the Applied Algebraic Topology Research Network (AATRN)<\/a>, which hosts a weekly Online Seminar<\/a>. Recordings of our seminar are available at the AATRN YouTube Channel<\/a>, which has over 675 videos, over 9,500 YouTube subscribers, and about 16 hours watched per day. I also maintain a personal YouTube Channel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the University of Florida, I help run our Math Department Colloquium<\/a>, and I attend our Topology Seminars<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am an editor for the journals Homology, Homotopy and Applications<\/a>, Experimental Mathematics<\/a>, and Foundations of Data Science<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
