Data efforts include: observations of staff meetings and court hearings, surveys of participants and staff, and analysis of a treatment auditing tool conducted by staff as well as official records of in program and post program experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"text-align: left\">\n<h3><strong>Bureau of Justice Assistance funded process evaluation of the Marion County (FL) Diversion Drug Court (Award Number: 2020-DC-BX-0148) (10\/1\/2020-9\/30\/2023)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In this project, Elizabeth Hartsell (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shsu.edu\/academics\/criminal-justice\/about\/directory.html?mode=view&amp;item=505\">Assistant Professor, Sam Houston State University<\/a>), McKenzie Jossie (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsu.edu\/hss\/sociology\/people\/faculty\/profiles\/jossie_mckenzie.php\">Assistant Professor, Louisiana State University<\/a>) and I collected data on the delivery of the Marion County Diversion Drug Court.
