The Desert Biodiversity Immersion course piloted in the Spring of 2016, venturing from Florida to the southwestern US, where we explored the vast landscapes and varied habitats while focusing on observing and identifying plants and animals endemic to high and low elevations of the Sonoran and Mojave deserts.
