Research

I have written three books and several articles and chapters.  My three books are below.  I am working on my fourth book. 

I am editing Political Black Girl Magic: The Elections and Governance of Black Female Mayors (under contract with Temple University Press), which will be published in 2023.

I am editing Beyond Racial Capitalism: Co-operatives in the African Diaspora (under contract with Oxford University Press), which will be published in 2023.

I also recently signed contracts with Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press for two books that will be published in 2022 or early 2023.
