I am a first year graduate student working with Dr. Colin Smith in the Attitudes and Political Cognition lab. I am also a member of Dr. Kate Ratliff’s Attitudes and Social Cognition Lab. My primary research interests include understanding what factors contribute to gender discrimination in the workplace and developing programs to mitigate such discrimination. I previously graduated from Azusa Pacific University (APU) where I received a BA in Psychology with honors (summa cum laude). As an undergraduate at APU I received the Outstanding Senior Award in Psychology for success in the classroom, commitment to research, and involvement in community service. After graduating I worked at APU in the Spatial Orientation and Awareness Research  lab with Dr. Scott Wood.
