The Probabilistic Method<\/em> by Alon and Spencer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Course Content:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We aim to introduce the probabilistic method and present numerous applications of it in combinatorics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assignments & grading:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Grades will be based on class participation and intermittent homework assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

If you have a disagreement with the grading of one of your solutions, I ask that you submit a written request for reconsideration within one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
