Background
I recently defended my dissertation in International Relations in the department of Political Science and Center for African studies at the University of Florida. My research looks into Chinese investments in human resource development programs for Africans. It examines the role of such investments in China’s foreign policy making and their impacts on African recipients. I plan on defending my dissertation in Fall 2016.
