Our research lab partners with organizations to offer mutually beneficial internship experiences and research opportunities to graduate students. Our graduate students have acquired a clear understanding of behavioral science and have excellent data analysis skills that prove beneficial for organizations. Many of our collaborations are a mix of OBM consulting and OBM research (e.g., reducing staff turnover and burnout, improving safety, or designing a scorecard system). We can also design research questions that answer valuable questions for the organization and contribute knowledge to the field.

Our collaborations are typically funded by the partnering organization, in exchange for our expertise and support. Some organizations support students through paid summer internships while others contract for services with our team. Our partners have expressed that they deeply value the students’ contributions and involvement in their organizations.
