- I recently led the TDA Seminar during the Fall 2024 semester, focusing on applications and algorithm design. Please check it out!
- I have released an open source Python package for working with Bregman Kd-trees. It currently has k-nearest neighbours and Bregman–Hausdorff divergences implemented for the Kullback–Leibler divergence, Itakura–Saito divergence, and squared Euclidean distance. You can find the project on my GitHub. Alternatively, you can find it on PyPI and install it via pip!
