I’m a fifth year PhD working with Professor Peter Bubenik. My research includes studying and developing vectorization methods for asymptotic behavior of persistence diagrams, and generalizing persistence landscapes for the limiting object. I define a new metric between interval modules and use it for the 1-Wasserstein distance between persistence diagrams. I show the 1-Wasserstein stability of persistence diagrams and L^1 stability of persistence landscapes using this new metric. There’re more details and cool pictures on my research page!

Here’s my poster that won the best poster award at JMM AWM poster session.
