SURVEY OF CALCULUS 2               MAC 2234            Spring   2016               section 4374       MWF 9 (LIT101)

Prerequisite: MAC 2233 or equivalent

Text: MAC2234 Survey of Calculus II, University of Florida (published by Pearson Custom-Mathematics)

This course is designed to serve students majoring in Business. Topics include: exponential and logarithmic functions, techniques of integration, differential equations, functions of several variables, Taylor polynomials, systems of equations, matrices, and linear programming.

Assessment: Three in-term tests plus a Final Test (20 points each). Your best three tests and best four of five worksheets (10 points each) will compose your final grade. (NO MAKE-UPS). Alternate assessment will not be administered.

Grade: Adjustments made for recording errors only, within a week of the assessment, during office hours.
