Reference Letter request
If you would like me to write you a letter of reference, I will need certain information from you before I can do so.
I have created a form that you will need to complete. This form not only gives me the information I need but also complies with FERPA regulations regarding the release of protected information. (For more details on FERPA, see http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/ferpa.html.)
Please note that I will need a minimum of two (2) weeks to write a letter.
