Background

I am currently an Assistant Professor at Temple University. seminarI joined the Political Science Department in July 2016, and earned my Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2016. My current website is HERE.

My research interests fall broadly into the field of state politics and policies, in addition to executive-legislative relations. My research on policy diffusion, executive orders and transgender rights has appeared in several scholarly outlets, including Political Research Quarterly, Journal of Public Policy, Administration & Society and an edited volume on transgender rights and politics from the University of Michigan Press. I have received research support from the Bob Graham Center for Public Service.
