The Tacitus Encyclopedia is an international, multi-generational effort.
The encyclopedia is the result of collaboration among 172 contributors from five continents, representing Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and 27 of the 50 United States. Contributors range from an advanced undergraduate to emeriti professors, high school teachers, and independent scholars.
