Description and Goals
The goal of the discussion classes of MAC 2313 is to provide students with an opportunity to ask questions to someone knowledgeable in the topic (I guess that’s me) outside of the main lecture. Discussion class sizes are about 30 people, which is a significant lower than the lecture class sizes of about 300 people. Quizzes are also done in the class to test comprehension of the material.
